Given boosts and the like, and access to plenty of hacked accounts, there will always be bots mass-gathering resources like no tomorrow. The most you can do is report 'em as you see 'em, and they'll hopefully be caught up in the next wave.
Indeed. One of my favorite paradoxes is how these cheating organizations need a constant supply of stolen credit cards and/or stolen accounts to operate. Players wanting to employ these illicit services will provide payment information to do so. What payment information is often given?
